Nowadays, bread and cakes in bakeries are mostly made by machines. However, the owner of New Phoenix Cake Shop has insisted to make cakes by hands rather than by machines for 60 years. He got up at 4am every morning to prepare the dough. Owning to his persistance and the secret recipe from his grandfather, there is a long queue waiting outside the shop at 8am everyday when the cakes are just baked..
