Small Shop Visits
We regularly visit shops or restaurants in different districts to find out the distinctive features of the shops that needed to be conserved. The decisions are based on the variety of traditional items sold in the shops, the historical values and the decorations of the shops.
The features of the chosen shops would be introduced in the Good Shop Guide published by Small Shop Support. Details of the shops like address and contact number are also included. We will also interview the shop owners to gain the first-hand information of the shops such as their history and background. We believe it can raise the public awareness of not only saving the shops introduced, but also other traditional small shops in Hong Kong.
